Versioned contract values for bookings (accommodation, additional services, cancellation fee and VAT totals), scoped to client workspaces. One row per version; the current value has effective_to NULL.

| `booking_id` | Identifier for the booking this contract value belongs to |
| `effective_from` | Timestamp from which this contract value applies |
| `effective_to` | Timestamp at which this contract value was superseded; NULL for the current value of the booking |
| `currency` | ISO 4217 currency code of the amounts |
| `gross_accommodation_total_cents` | Accommodation total including VAT, in cents |
| `net_accommodation_total_cents` | Accommodation total excluding VAT, in cents |
| `accommodation_vat_cents` | VAT on accommodation, in cents |
| `additional_services_gross_cents` | Additional services total including VAT, in cents |
| `additional_services_net_cents` | Additional services total excluding VAT, in cents |
| `additional_services_vat_cents` | VAT on additional services, in cents |
| `cancellation_fee_gross_cents` | Cancellation fee including VAT, in cents |
| `cancellation_fee_net_cents` | Cancellation fee excluding VAT, in cents |
| `cancellation_fee_vat_cents` | VAT on the cancellation fee, in cents |
| `total_contract_value_gross_cents` | Total contract value including VAT, in cents |
| `total_contract_value_net_cents` | Total contract value excluding VAT, in cents |
| `total_vat_cents` | Total VAT across the contract, in cents |
| `pricing_frequency` | How the base rate is priced: nightly, weekly or calendar_monthly |
| `base_rate_gross_cents` | Base rate including VAT per pricing period, in cents |
| `nights_charged` | Number of nights charged in the contract |
| `include_checkout_day` | Whether the checkout day is charged |
| `change_reason` | Why this contract value version was created |
| `changed_by_id` | Identifier of the actor that created this version |
| `changed_by_type` | Type of the actor that created this version |
| `created_at` | Timestamp indicating when the record was created |
| `updated_at` | Timestamp indicating when the record was last updated |
| `vat_percentage` | VAT percentage applied (e.g. 20.0 for 20% VAT, 0.0 for VAT-exempt) |
| `vat_code` | VAT treatment label applied to the contract |
| `timestamp` | Date when the table was last synchronized |
