Instalment plan templates per workspace, offered on bookings for their product groups.

| `id` | Unique identifier for the instalment plan template |
| `workspace_id` | Identifier of the workspace the template belongs to (stored as text) |
| `name` | Name of the instalment plan template |
| `guarantor_required` | Whether bookings on this plan require a guarantor |
| `product_group_ids` | Identifiers of the catalog product groups the template is assigned to |
| `academic_year` | Academic year the template applies to (e.g. 2025/2026); empty when it applies to any year |
| `inserted_at` | Timestamp indicating when the template was created |
| `updated_at` | Timestamp indicating when the template was last updated |
| `timestamp` | Date when the table was last synchronized |
