| `code` | Code for this unit within a unit type |
| `status` | 'inactive' if this unit type is not active, 'active' if the unit type is active |
| `workspace_id` | The ID of this workspace |
| `property_type_id` | The ID of the property type |
| `max_occupants` | Max number of guests for a unit type |
| `number_of_bedrooms` | Number of bedrooms for unit type |
| `number_of_bathrooms` | Number of bathrooms for this unit type |
| `size_in_sqm` | Total size in SQM for this unit type |
| `marketing_title` | The marketing title for this unit type, often used with OTA |
| `marketing_description` | The marketing description for this unit type, often used with OTA |
| `location_description` | A description about the unit type |
| `manual_pricing_enabled` | If set manual pricing is allowed |
| `created_at` | The UTC date, including time, when this row was created |
| `updated_at` | The UTC date, including time, when this row was updated |
