| `resource_owner_type` | Always 'inquiry' |
| `resource_owner_id` | An ID for the resource owner |
| `building_id` | The ID of the building |
| `status` | draft, closed, sent, converted, accepted, canceled, or expired |
| `check_in` | The date (YYYY-MM-DD) for check-in for this offer |
| `check_out` | The date (YYYY-MM-DD) for check-out for this offer |
| `sent_at` | The UTC date, including time, when this offer was sent |
| `expires_after` | When this offer expires |
