Tags attached to entities; one row per tag on an entity. Join tag_id to tags_tags.id, whose scope and entity say what ref points at.

| Column | Description |

| `id` | Unique identifier for the entity tag |
| `tag_id` | Identifier of the tag; matches tags_tags.id |
| `ref` | Identifier of the tagged entity, as text. For tags_tags.entity = product_group it matches catalog_product_groups.id; for instalment_plan_template it matches bookings_instalment_plan_templates.id |
| `created_at` | Timestamp when the tag was attached to the entity |
| `updated_at` | Timestamp when the entity tag was last updated |
| `timestamp` | Date when the table was last synchronized |
