Tag definitions, such as the tags used on instalment plan templates and product groups. A tag is unique by key within its scope and entity. Discarded (deleted) tags are kept with discarded_at set.

| `id` | Unique identifier for the tag |
| `container_id` | Identifier of the tag container the tag belongs to; one container per CRM namespace |
| `key` | Tag text as shown in the app; unique case-insensitively within container, scope and entity |
| `scope` | Area of the product the tag belongs to, in lowercase (e.g. catalog, accounting) |
| `entity` | Type of entity the tag applies to, in lowercase (e.g. product_group, instalment_plan_template) |
| `discarded_at` | Timestamp when the tag was deleted; null for active tags |
| `created_at` | Timestamp when the tag was created |
| `updated_at` | Timestamp when the tag was last updated |
| `timestamp` | Date when the table was last synchronized |
