# Integrations and exports

Lavanda can move finance data into your wider estate in several ways. Which options apply depends on
your contract and workspace setup.

## AR API and webhooks

The AR API with webhooks is the real-time pattern in this guide: webhook alert, then fetch full
document details. See [Staying up to date](/finance-and-accounting/integrations/ar-payments-api/staying-up-to-date/).

## Partner integrations

- **Yardi** — Upload accounts receivable data to Yardi.
- **Edicom** — Base SII (Country: Spain) tax authority uploads where applicable.
- **Invopop (in flight)** — E-invoicing integration for Spain and Portugal.

## Standard export (CSV)

Lavanda supports a standard export concept: finance data downloaded as CSV for import into your own
system. Some customers use CSV export instead of or alongside the AR API.

Refund reversal notes appear in the standard export as their own document kind, and in the Yardi
export as the refund note's rows with the opposite sign. If you import the standard export into your
ERP, map the refund reversal note kind before refund reversals are switched on for your workspace.

In the **payments report**, a refund that failed shows the status **Failed**, and the Adjustment and
Final columns take the returned amount into account. The **allocations report** lists each refund
reversal note allocated against the refund note it reverses.

Contact your Lavanda representative to confirm which integrations are enabled for your workspace.
