# update_fees

Update one or more property fees by id. Both mandatory and additional fees can be updated. All fees in a single call
must belong to the same entity (building, unit type, or unit).

## Input

### Fee

| `id` | `string` | Yes | The property fee ID (from list_fees). Both mandatory and additional fees can be updated. |
| `basis` | `Basis` | No | How the fee is calculated - [Basis](#basis) |
| `cost` | `number` | No | New fee amount in the entity currency (minor units). Omit to leave unchanged. |
| `percentage` | `number` | No | New percentage value — only valid when basis is RENT_PERCENTAGE. |
| `guestThreshold` | `number` | No | New guest count above which the fee applies (e.g. for extra-person fees). |

### EntityType

| Value | Description |

| `UNIT` | A single accommodation unit |
| `UNIT_TYPE` | A unit type grouping multiple units |
| `BUILDING` | A building containing unit types and units |

### Basis

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `FLAT` | Flat rate per stay |
| `NIGHTS` | Flat rate per night |
| `PEOPLE` | Flat rate per person |
| `PERSON_NIGHTS` | Flat rate per person per night |
| `RENT_PERCENTAGE` | Percentage of rent |
