Daily rate detail records for bookings.

Column	Description
id	Unique identifier for the booking daily rate
booking_id	Identifier for the booking associated with the rate
currency	Currency code for the rate
date	Date for which the rate is applicable
name	Name associated with the rate
net_amount_cents	Net amount in cents (excluding tax)
vat_percentage	VAT percentage for the rate
issued_invoice_uuid	UUID of the issued invoice (if applicable)
uuid	Universally unique identifier for the rate
created_at	Timestamp indicating when the rate was created
updated_at	Timestamp indicating when the rate was last updated
gross_amount_cents	Gross amount in cents (including tax)
billing_period_id	Identifier for the billing period associated with the rate
timestamp	Date when the table was last synchronized
