Column	Description
id	Unique identifier for the rate calendar record
product_rate_id	Identifier of the product rate this calendar entry belongs to
span	The full date span for this calendar entry
span_lower	Lower bound of the calendar span
span_upper	Upper bound of the calendar span
span_lower_inclusive	Whether the lower bound of the span is inclusive
span_upper_inclusive	Whether the upper bound of the span is inclusive
amount_cents	Price in cents for this calendar span
currency	Currency code for the price
created_at	Timestamp indicating when the calendar entry was created
updated_at	Timestamp indicating when the calendar entry was last updated
discarded_at	Timestamp indicating when the calendar entry was discarded
timestamp	Date when the table was last synchronized
