list_fees

List property fees configured at the given entity (building, unit type, or unit). Returns the fees set directly on that entity — fees inherited from a parent scope are not flattened in.

Value	Description
UNIT	A single accommodation unit
UNIT_TYPE	A unit type grouping multiple units
BUILDING	A building containing unit types and units

Output
