Get a single instalment plan template by ID with its full plan: plan type, currency, start date, each instalment’s
from/to dates and percentage, advance payments, tags, academic year and external-name translations. A null to on the
last instalment means it extends to the booking check-out date. Use list_instalment_plan_templates to discover
template IDs first.
