Column	Description
id	A unique ID for this offer
unique_reference	A unique string for this offer
resource_owner_type	Always ‘inquiry’
resource_owner_id	An ID for the resource owner
building_id	The ID of the building
status	draft, closed, sent, converted, accepted, canceled, or expired
check_in	The date (YYYY-MM-DD) for check-in for this offer
check_out	The date (YYYY-MM-DD) for check-out for this offer
sent_at	The UTC date, including time, when this offer was sent
expires_after	When this offer expires
discount	A JSON object with discount information about this offer
created_by_id	The user ID that created this offer
created_at	The UTC date, including time, when this offer was created
updated_at	The UTC date, including time, when this offer was updated
hold_calendar	A boolean flag indicating whether the offer should provisionally block the unit’s calendar dates
expiration_worker_jid	The job ID of the process that expired this offer
external_contract_template_uuid	The UUID of a used contract template
requires_application	True means an application needs to be created for this offer
down_payment_amount_cents	Downpayment value
down_payment_amount_currency	Accepted currency for the downpayment
contract_required	True if we need a contract, false otherwise
canceled_at	The UTC date, including time, when this offer was cancelled
timestamp	Date when the table was last synchronized
