report_ar_balances

Accounts receivable balances for client workspaces. One row per (workspace_id, party_external_id, currency). Balances are never summed across currencies.

Column	Description
id	Unique identifier for the balance row
workspace_id	Identifier of the workspace that owns the balance
party_external_id	External identifier of the party the balance belongs to
currency	ISO 4217 currency code paired with balance_minor_units
balance_minor_units	Balance as an integer in the minor units of the paired currency. Never sum across currencies
external_crm_id	External CRM identifier of the party, taken from the party’s most recently issued document in this currency. NULL when the contact has no CRM link, and for balances whose latest document predates the CRM identifier
workspace_name	Name of the workspace that owns the balance, taken from the party’s most recently issued document in this currency. Historical rows backfilled by Abacus carry the workspace’s current name. NULL when unavailable
inserted_at	Timestamp when the balance row was inserted into the source read model
updated_at	Timestamp when the balance row was last updated in the source read model
timestamp	Date when the table was last synchronized
