Archive one or more product groups (1-25) in a single bulk call. An archived product group becomes read-only and is
unpublished (removed from booking availability) until it is unarchived. Each requested group is archived together with
its kept child product groups; a requested id that is itself a kept child is rejected — archive its parent instead.
Returns the archived count and ids (including cascaded child groups).
