Default Pricing
MCP tools for reading a unit type’s default pricing and managing its weekly and monthly stay discounts.
The discounts apply to Airbnb and direct booking websites only. They stay editable when a pricing integration (such as PriceLabs) manages the nightly rates, because the PMS is the only place they can be set. Changing them triggers a listing re-sync to Airbnb.
