update_fees

Update one or more property fees by id. Both mandatory and additional fees can be updated. All fees in a single call must belong to the same entity (building, unit type, or unit).

Fee

Field	Type	Required	Description
id	string	Yes	The property fee ID (from list_fees). Both mandatory and additional fees can be updated.
basis	Basis	No	How the fee is calculated - Basis
cost	number	No	New fee amount in the entity currency (minor units). Omit to leave unchanged.
percentage	number	No	New percentage value — only valid when basis is RENT_PERCENTAGE.
guestThreshold	number	No	New guest count above which the fee applies (e.g. for extra-person fees).

EntityType

UNIT_TYPE	A unit type grouping multiple units
BUILDING	A building containing unit types and units

FLAT	Flat rate per stay
NIGHTS	Flat rate per night
PEOPLE	Flat rate per person
PERSON_NIGHTS	Flat rate per person per night
RENT_PERCENTAGE	Percentage of rent
