Bulk-update Booking.com and Airbnb channel pricing multipliers across workspaces. Each update targets one channel in one
workspace by enum (AIRBNB or BOOKING_COM). Changing a multiplier re-broadcasts rates to the OTA for every unit on the
account, so it is a real pricing change.
