list_fee_names

List every fee name and ID available in the system. Use to resolve a fee name (e.g. "Cleaning Fee") to its ID for client-side filtering of list_fees results.

workspaceId	string	Yes	The ID of any workspace the caller has access to. Fee names are global so the workspace only scopes the auth check, not the data.
