Bulk-set the unit-level default calendar availability — the PMS “Default calendar availability” radio. Accepts an array
of {unitId, status} where status is AVAILABLE or UNAVAILABLE. Existing blocks and bookings on the calendar are
not affected; only the default that applies to new dates changes. Returns per-unit success/failure so partial failures
don’t abort the batch.
