Unarchive one or more product groups (1-25) in a single bulk call, restoring each to inactive. Every requested group
must currently be archived — the whole call is rejected otherwise. Each requested group is unarchived together with its
kept child product groups; a requested id that is itself a kept child is rejected — unarchive its parent instead.
Returns the unarchived count and ids (including cascaded child groups).
