Listings

MCP tools for creating, updating, publishing, and inspecting channel listings (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) on a unit type.

Available Tools

• create_listing - Create a channel listing for a unit type
• update_listing - Update a channel listing, including its availability window
• publish_listing - Move a listing into onboardingInProgress status
• get_channels - Get available channels for creating listings on a unit type
• get_listing_accounts - Get connected accounts for a channel
• get_cancelation_policies - Get the OTA reference policies used when setting up listings
• get_unit_type_listings - Get listings and their availability windows

Typical onboarding flow

1. get_channels for a unit type to see which channels are available.
2. get_listing_accounts for the chosen channel to pick a connected account.
3. get_cancelation_policies to pick a cancelation policy to attach later.
4. create_listing to create the listing on the unit type.
5. update_listing with the account, cancelation policy, availability window, and other attributes/relationships.
6. publish_listing once the listing is ready to go live.

Use get_unit_type_listings at any point to inspect what already exists for a unit type.
